Moving ahead to the first transaction of its nature in the history of the Pakistan Capital Market, Unpaid Rights of Soneri Bank Limited were credited in electronic form to the shareholders’ respective CDS accounts as a separate security on December 31, 2009, making it the first organization in the corporate sector to have issued Unpaid Rights through CDS. cds

The shareholders of Soneri Bank now have the option to subscribe, fully as well as partially, to the Right Issue by making the required payment at the designated bank branches before the given last payment date. Upon the completion of the subscription process, the Unpaid Rights security will be cancelled and ordinary shares will be credited to the respective accounts of the shareholders.
