Set your 12 digit Relationship Number:
The relationship number is the combination of Type identifier,
CDC-Element ID and six digit fixed numeric code.

Activate your CDC IVR Account
To activate your IVR Account, please follow the simple two-step
procedure mentioned below:
Step 1-
Generation of T-PIN:
- Call at 0800-CDCPL (23275)*.
- After selecting the language preference, press 1 for self service.
- Enter your 12 digit CDC Relationship Number (which is a
combination of IAS ID and your Investor Account Number).
- Generate your 4 digit T-Pin.
Step 2- Activation of IVR Facility:
Fill out CDC IVR Registration Form (available from CDC Offices)
Submit IVR Registration Form duly
signed by the authorized signatory (ies) to CDC Customer Support
Front Desk, or send to CDC Offices via courier. Please also affix
the company stamp in case you are a corporate client.
Your IVR
account will be activated within 24 hours of receipt of your IVR
Registration Form at CDC Office.
