Set your 12 digit Relationship Number:

Your Relationship number is the combination of Investor Account Services (IAS) ID and your account number.

Activate your CDC IVR Account

To activate your IVR Account, please follow the simple two-step procedure mentioned below:

Step 1- Generation of T-PIN:

- Call at 0800-CDCPL (23275)*.
- After selecting the language preference, press 1 for self service.
- Enter your 12 digit CDC – Relationship Number (which is a combination of IAS ID and your Investor Account Number).
- Generate your 4 digit T-Pin.

Step 2- Activation of IVR Facility:

- To activate (unblock) your IVR facility, please download and submit CDC Access Registration Form (duly completed and signed). You may submit the form in person at the CDC Customer Support Front Desk or send via mail.
