CDC access – IVR is a round-the-clock Interactive Voice Response system supported by a state-of-the-art call center, toll free number and dedicated customer support staff.

For callers in Pakistan, this facility is provided through 0800 – 23275 (CDCPL). Overseas callers can dial +9221-4326038. The IVR service is available 24/7 while the dedicated customer relationship representatives are available for assistance during office hours (9:00 am to 6: 30 pm PST – Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1 pm – Saturday).
