Sanam Ali Zaidi joined CDC in January 2022. She has diverse experience in the Banking, Manufacturing & IT industries. During her career of 15 years, she worked for several local and multinational companies, namely, Unilever Pakistan, HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd., NIB Bank, & ICI Pakistan. She has also worked as an HR Consultant with WeCrunch Private Ltd., establishing the HR function for this Startup.

In her various roles, she has been active in the strategic implementation of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Engagement & Diversity and Organizational Development initiatives, supported by learning opportunities through international forums. She is well traveled, and besides her passion for HR development, she has been an avid supporter of welfare activities locally and in diplomatic circles in Africa. She holds an MBA degree specializing in HR, from CBM, IoBM.
