Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited has taken an initiative to tap into the potential of this booming market by launching Pakistan’s first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) scheme. The principle investment will focus on AHDRM’s Most Valuable Player: The Dolmen City project.
Real Estate Investment Trusts are collective investment schemes involving investment in real estate projects, the income from which is distributed as dividends to REIT unit holders. The Dolmen City REIT will be a rental scheme; allotting rental income to investors.
