Structure of CDC
CDC is divided into four business units that include the Depository & Investor Account Services, Trustee & Custodial Services, Share Registrar Services and ITMinds. Moreover, nine internal functions include Operations & Customer Support Services, Information Technology, Legal, Finance & Company Secretariat, Human Resource, Administration, Internal Audit and Risk, Enterprise Security, Compliance and; Product Development & Marketing.
